ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Born of the Black Sea. Made in Chicago. Smoky, salty, sour, sweet ... these flavors weave the story of our grandparents; the food memories that tie us together as a culture, a nation, and as a city. We create these stories with food and drink from our past, fashioning a future around our table, and over our bar. Let us tell the story of who we are as a community—at brunch, lunch and dinner. This is a love note to Chicago, and all of the immigrants who built our city.
EFFORTS
Ahead of Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar’s opening, SIX4 Creative was retained to build a website, launch and manage social media and newsletters, and lead all public relations and influencer outreach. We worked to capture and share thoughtful brand messaging, developing a strategy for distributing information and imagery to appropriate editors, producers, and social media influencers. Once proper assets were drafted, collected, and approved, SIX4 Creative led all public outreach efforts, announcing the grand opening to rave reviews and extensive coverage. By building a steady foundation of local earned media, we worked to maintain momentum, attracting national media attention, inspiring awareness, and increasing reservations. Together with leadership, we continue to develop initiatives, events, promotions, and programming to maintain media interest and increase revenue. SIX4 Creative leads all social media efforts for the restaurant and handles development, design, and messaging for Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar’s newsletter program. We’ve also worked with the team to produce more than twenty-five photo shoots, capturing professional imagery and video for use across social media platforms, public relations outreach, and newsletter efforts. Leaning on years of industry insight and expertise, we consult with leadership weekly to strategize higher level growth opportunities, as well as providing guidance on operations, staffing, third party reservation systems, and more.
RESULTS
As a result of our work together, Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar remains a fixture across all local TV, radio, print and digital outlets. The grand opening was covered extensively and featured in Thrillist ("Best New Restaurants in Chicago That Opened in August"), Chicago Magazine ("The Hot List: November, 2017” + "Caviar Is In - and Not Just for the Super Rich"), and Eater Chicago ("Heritage Makes Chicago’s Caviar Bar Dreams Come True Starting Tonight”), building to national attention from Vogue Magazine (“Caviar Is Everywhere, Not Only for Special Occasions: Where to Eat the Ingredient of 2018”), GQ Magazine (“How to Buy Caviar Without Going Broke”) and InsideHook (“The 10 Finest Chicago Restaurant Openings of 2017”). The restaurant has been reviewed locally by Time Out Chicago, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Reader, and WTTW’s “Check, Please!”, as well as nationally via Condé Nast Traveler and Michelin Guide – and was also featured on the cover of Sophisticated Living Magazine. Since beginning our partnership, we’ve garnered hundreds of inclusions across an array of media outlets, and continue to spearhead programming and outreach, creating unique press opportunities for coverage to maintain media interest and increase revenue.
